About This Role

We are looking for talents who will strengthen our growing team in Turkey to support our ongoing projects in Europe, especially in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.

Within Triple-ID we are looking for a new team member who is not afraid of and capable of fulfilling a multi-role as both a business analyst as well as a Project Manager. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Graduated with a bachelor's/master's degree from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
  • Having an analytical perspective and able to work analytically.
  • Knowledge and experience in the definition, interpretation, and documentation of business processes.
  • A good team player.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements, document, and transform them into specifications for the project team, taking into account the existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Ability to lead, manage and mentor a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • A high level of knowledge of and the ability to provide advice on the application of appropriate business analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage the communication between all business Stakeholders.
  • Prepare test scenarios, perform functional tests and provide user training when necessary.
  • Validate deployed solutions.
  • Support Operations in analyzing reported issues.
  • Document manuals for end users.
  • Help to build great relationships with our clients, participating in meetings such as Defect Management calls, Requirements workshops and solution training.
  • Take part in daily meetings and provide progress information to the Project Manager on work tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with peers across the team and be an active participant in process improvement initiatives and communities of practice.
  • Managing the daily activities of a team.
  • Maintain an Agile board for Project Management.
  • Having worked as a business analyst and/or Project Manager in the IT industry (especially on Identity & Access management)/(Preferred).
