Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and configuring IAM solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Help manage identity lifecycle processes, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews.
• Learn and apply IAM security best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, HIPAA).
• Contribute to IAM process automation through scripting and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior team members to enhance IAM operations and gain industry expertise.
• Stay updated on IAM trends and emerging technologies through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT support.
• Basic knowledge of IAM solutions
• Understanding of authentication protocols
• Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD) and access control concepts
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
• Awareness of cloud security principles and IAM in cloud environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new IAM technologies and security concepts.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
