About This Role

 

We are looking for talents who will strengthen our growing team in Turkey to support our ongoing projects in Europe, especially in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.

Within triple-ID, we are looking for a new team member who is not afraid of and capable of fulfilling a multi-role as both a business analyst as well as a Project Manager. What you will need to succeed:

  • A graduate with a bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics Engineering or similar.
  • A good team player.
  • Considerable experience in Business Analysis, with a record of accomplishment in technology programs/projects
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including the senior level.
  • Having an analytical perspective and ability to work analytically.
  • Knowledge and experience in the definition, interpretation, and documentation of business processes and reporting.
  • Ability to lead, manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
  • A proficient level of German, Dutch, or French is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Help build great relationships with our clients, taking part in meetings such as Defect Management calls, Requirements workshops, and solution training.
  • Analyse customer requirements, and documents, and transform them into project team specifications, considering the existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Coordinate and manage the communication between all business Stakeholders to capture use cases and define processes.
  • Collaborate with peers across the team and be an active participant in process improvement initiatives and communities of practice.
  • Maintain an Agile board for Project Management.
  • A prominent level of knowledge of and the ability to give advice on applying appropriate business analysis.
  • Help prepare test scenarios, perform functional tests, and provide user training when necessary.
  • Support Operations in analyzing reported issues and help peers craft solution proposals/reports.
  • Help document manuals for end users/power users.
  • Take part in daily meetings and provide progress information to the Customer Project Manager on work tasks as required.
  • Manage the daily activities of a technical team/Mentor junior members of the team.
  • Good to have: Security and Risk Management knowledge, and technical analysis experience.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of technological trends and developments in information security and risk management.
